Within days, events took a dramatic turn in Afghanistan. The speed and ease of Taliban lightening quick takeover of major urban centers has shocked the international community and regional stakeholder. The collapse of Afghan National Army (ANA) which handed over the country to the Taliban without fighting is, however, not surprising.
